Avoni Projects was not born out of comfort. It was born out of change.We were forced to change our name. Not by choice — but by circumstance. And while that could have been the end of something, it became the beginning of something far greater.

Because nothing is ever so bad that it isn’t good for something. What felt like a setback became clarity and a new chance to do better.What felt like an obstacle became a motivation to show that we would not give up.

We received the email every founder dreads.

Our trademark application had been opposed. Another brand claimed rights to the name and demanded that we walk away from everything tied to Palais Projects — the name, the identity, the work we had built around it. Our name had the same meaning, but in a different language and they would not let us co-exist.

What followed was a short but intense legal back-and-forth. We explored our options, weighed the costs, and asked ourselves the hard question: Is this the hill we want to die on?

In the end, we realized something important.

We could spend our energy fighting for a name — or we could invest that same energy into building something even stronger.

Avoni Projects is built on everything we have learned — the wins, the mistakes, the late nights, the risks. This is not a restart. It is an upgrade. A sharper vision. A stronger foundation. A deeper intention.

We see this chapter as a stepping stone — not away from who we were, but toward who we are becoming.

Our ambition is simple: Do better everyday.

It is fuel.

And we are only getting started.
