Free Shipping:
Denmark - Orders over 500kr
Europe - Orders over 130€
Orders under the free shipping threshold is subject to a custom shipping price decided at checkout by where you destination is.
All packages are shipped with either UPS, GLS or PostNord (DPD) and if you complete your order before 12:00pm CET we offer same day shipping. An e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable through the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Denmark: 1-2 working days
Northern/Central Europe: 2-4 working days
Southern Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of the world: 3-7 working days
2. Shipping and delivery
Avoni Projects products are shipped the same day (if the order is received before 2 pm CET/CEST, except weekends and public holidays). Packages are, under normal circumstances, delivered within 2-5 weekdays.
Packages are shipped with GLS, DHL, UPS and then through local shipping services in your country of residence.
If a parcel is not collected from the designated pickup point and is returned to Avoni Projects, the customer will be responsible for all shipping-related costs. This includes both the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs incurred by us
2.1 Shipping Within the EU
All orders shipped within the European Union will not be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
2.2 Shipping Outside the EU
For orders shipped outside the European Union — including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia — any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges are determined by and payable according to the import regulations of the destination country.
If you refuse to receive the package and refuse to pay the customs, the package will be returned to us, and the return fee will be deducted your refund. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged to Avoni Projects as a result of the uncollected shipment or refusing to accept the shipment will also be passed on to the customer.
